Unlike many villas that require Saturday-to-Saturday stays, Almost Heaven Villa offers flexible check-in any day of the week—making travel planning easier and often more affordable.

  • January–May & Mid-November–December

    This is the most popular travel period in the BVI, offering consistently beautiful weather, lower humidity, and vibrant island activity. Availability is limited during this time due to high demand, making early planning recommended.

  • June–Mid August & Mid October–Early November

Rates do not include a 13% BVI Government Occupancy Tax and Booking Fee.

$500 Cleaning Fee applies to all rentals of one week or longer.

A Credit Card Authorization form is required in lieu of Security Deposit.

50% payment due upon booking. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival (120 days for premium week reservations).

Cancellation and Reservation Modification are allowable without penalty until 120 days prior to arrival. Reference Rental Agreement terms & conditions. Trip Insurance is recommended.
